1. Tác giả đã nộp bài toàn văn trước 05/08/2026 / Authors submitting full papers before Aug 05, 2026:
30/08/2026: Nhận thông báo bài nộp đạt chuẩn đăng kỷ yếu sau khi có kết quả bình duyệt và hướng dẫn đóng phí (Receive notice of proceedings suitability and payment instructions).
2. Tác giả mới / New Authors:
21/09/2026 (23:59): Hạn chót gửi Bản tóm tắt. / Abstract submission deadline.
30/09/2026: Nhận thông báo duyệt Bản tóm tắt và hướng dẫn đóng phí. / Receive abstract acceptance notification and payment instructions.

3. Dành cho các bài được chấp nhận đăng / For accepted papers:
05/10/2026: Hạn chót hoàn tất đóng phí. / Payment deadline.
4. Phản biện & Hoàn thiện bài đăng kỷ yếu / Peer Review & Paper Finalization:
Sau 30/10/2026 / After Oct 30, 2026: Ban tổ chức gửi góp ý phản biện để tác giả chỉnh sửa, hoàn thiện bài toàn văn. / Review feedback will be sent to authors to finalize their full papers for publication.
QUY ĐỊNH BÀI VIẾT & TEMPLATE
Tính nguyên bản: Chưa từng công bố trên các tạp chí hoặc kỷ yếu khác.
Ngôn ngữ: Tiếng Việt hoặc Tiếng Anh.
Định dạng: File Microsoft Word, tối đa 10 trang A4, font Times New Roman, cỡ chữ 12.
Yêu cầu: Tóm tắt (150–200 từ) và 05 từ khóa (sắp xếp A–Z).
Template mẫu: Để bài viết được trình bày đúng quy chuẩn của Ban tổ chức, quý tác giả vui lòng tải và sử dụng mẫu bài viết tại đây.
MANUSCRIPT GUIDELINES & TEMPLATE
Originality: Manuscripts must be original and must not have been previously published in any journal, conference proceedings, or other publication.
Language: Vietnamese or English.
Format: Manuscript must be submitted in Microsoft Word format, with a maximum length of 10 A4 pages, using Times New Roman, 12-point font.
Requirements: Each manuscript must include an abstract of 150–200 words and five (5) keywords listed in alphabetical order (A–Z).
Manuscript Template: To ensure that manuscripts comply with the conference formatting requirements, authors are kindly requested to download and use the official manuscript template available here.

Tất cả các bản tóm tắt/bài toàn văn được gửi phải tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn về tính trung thực trong học thuật. Các tác giả chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo rằng bản tóm tắt/bài toàn văn là nguyên bản, chính xác và đã được sự chấp thuận của tất cả các tác giả có tên trong bài.
ACADEMIC INTEGRITY
All submitted abstracts/full-text must comply with academic integrity standards. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the abstract/full-text is original, accurate, and approved by all listed authors.

Sinh viên / Students: 450.000 VNĐ / bài (paper)
Giảng viên, NCS, Học viên cao học / Lecturers, PhD candidates, Master students: 650.000 VNĐ / bài (paper)
Lưu ý/ Note: Bài có tác giả là Giảng viên, nhà nghiên cứu không phải là đối tượng sinh viên thì sẽ tính là bài Giảng viên, NCS,... / Papers authored by lecturers or researchers rather than students, will be classified as papers by lecturers, PhD candidates, etc.
GIẢI THƯỞNG / AWARDS
Giải Báo cáo xuất sắc (Best Presentation Award).
YÊU CẦU THAM DỰ:
Tất cả các diễn giả phải có mặt trực tiếp tại địa điểm tổ chức. Ít nhất một tác giả trong bài phải đăng ký tham dự hội nghị.
IN-PERSON REQUIREMENT:
All presenters must be physically present at the venue. At least one author must register for the conference.
